Labidochromis
Caeruleus
This particular mbuna is really difficult to genderize. Usually you can only tell the difference by looking at the finns or examining their bellys. They come from relatively deep water within the rockbiotope. They come in variants from all yellow to all white and everything in between that. They become 10 cm for the male and 9 cm for the female. Their broodsize is usually around 25. This variant here is from a location known as Nkhata Bay.
